Coordinate health, dental, disability, and life administration between client, vendor and Total Compensation.
Research and resolve complex and high level enrollment, billing, wellbeing and retirement inquiries.
Plan for, test, and implement changes affecting benefits use of People Soft, including benefits and administrator changes, process changes, systemic upgrades, and open enrollment preparations.
Utilize knowledge of benefit processes to effect process change and improvement.
20% Benefits Support
Respond to inquiries from internal business partners and other customers on issues arising from data transmission to carriers, PeopleSoft data, benefits billing and COBRA data.
5% Special Projects
Backup critical support services functions as necessary. Other duties as assigned.
BA/BS. A combination of relevant education and experience totaling four years will be accepted.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent analytical/problem solving skills and the ability to work with clients of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
PC proficiency including MS Word, Excel.
Selection Criteria: At least one year of professional benefits experience preferred. Preference will be given to those candidates with demonstrated knowledge of benefit plans and/or related payroll experience. In addition, experience is desired in working with vendors on operational plan administration issues. Must have a commitment to providing a professional level of customer service to our clients. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
