HR and Communications Manager Under the direction of the General Manager establishes and manages the overall direction for planning, implementing and administration of Human Resources, Marketing, Communications and Safety. Advises and assists in establishing short and long term goals and objectives. Oversees employee communication channels, providing assistance to employees as requested and maintains awareness of employee morale updating the General Manager timely.
