The HR Analytics Lead is responsible for developing HR metrics, reports and dashboards to provide Human Capital Management insights to our community. This includes collaborating with key stakeholders in HR and the Schools, Colleges, and departments to understand HCM data needs. Will work closely with the Senior Director of HR Analytics and Special Projects to develop visualizations and models.
Will serve as a subject matter expert in HR HCM data
Build visualizations, dashboards, and reports utilizing Microsoft Power BI
Manage HR data requests by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources such as SAP Business Warehouse, Recruiting Silkroad, Case Management System, and Power BI Data models
Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data.
Support Data governance efforts as it relates to HR data visualization and reporting
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Experience of 3-5 years of related experience in analytics and data visualization
Experience with creating reports in Data Analytics Visualization tool Power BI
Experience with analyzing data in MS Excel; MS Excel formulas
Programming languages like SQL or Python desired
