HR ANALYTICS LEAD,HR - Systems
The HR Analytics Lead is responsible for developing HR metrics, reports and dashboards to provide Human Capital Management insights to our community. This includes collaborating with key stakeholders in HR and the Schools, Colleges, and departments to understand HCM data needs. Will work closely with the Senior Director of HR Analytics and Special Projects to develop visualizations and models.
