The HR Analytics Specialist will assist in the development of reports and dashboards to provide Human Capital Management insights to our community.
Assist in the creation of visualizations, dashboards, and reports utilizing Microsoft Power BI
Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources such as SAP Business Warehouse, Recruiting Silkroad, Case Management System, and Power BI Data models
Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data.
Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities
Document existing HR Data Sources/KPIs and help with the creation of HR Data Dictionary
Experience of 1-2 years of related experience in analytics and data visualization
Experience with creating reports in Data Analytics Visualization tool Power BI
Experience with analyzing data in MS Excel; MS Excel formulas
BS required or equivalent experience
