Reporting into the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Program Manager oversees the day to day operations of the HR Onboarding Team and the HR Front Desk function. The Program Manager collaborates with multiple stakeholders across both Human Resources, as well as other Institute departments, to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process for all new incoming staff at Dana-Farber.

Manage the day-to-day operations and workflow of the HR Front Desk and Onboarding team.
Manage the Onboarding team in box.
Supervise, train and provide ongoing guidance to assigned staff. Assist with complex and sensitive onboarding scenarios.
Support the planning and execution of high-volume onboarding strategies and initiatives.
Work with TA Director on strategic Onboarding initiatives. May serve as the lead on various projects.
Analyze and monitor Onboarding activity.
Provide monthly metrics and reporting to the TA Director.
Ensure Onboarding Service Level Agreements and standards are met.
Support and foster strong business relationships between Onboarding and the other HR and external groups that contribute to the Onboarding of new staff.
Educate and provide training to hiring managers and others on the onboarding process.
Work closely with the HR Compliance Officer related to all HR compliance initiatives and audits.
Make recommendations for process and operational improvements.
Maintain updated documentation of process changes.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor???s degree or equivalent experience.
3 years of Human Resources experience; Experience in Talent Acquisition or Onboarding strongly preferred.
Supervisory experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Strong proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
Good knowledge of state and federal employment/labor laws and practices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong reporting skills
Demonstrated strong time management and project management skills
Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills in a high volume fast paced environment
Ability to take direction and execute with minimal guidance
Proven ability to work independently as well as the ability to partner with others across the HR department
Directly supervises Onboarding and Front Desk team members
