Position Summary This position serves as the Human Resources Administrator for the College of Education in the Dean's Office. Primary job duties and responsibilities include: Leading strategic Human Resources initiatives in a centralized HR office; coordinating hiring and personnel operations for faculty, academic, and support staff; providing support to the HR Manager and guidance to units and supervisors around HR related issues for faculty, academic, and support staff relations; mentoring other HR team members; coordinating college business operations, such as EBS security access and workflow, payroll operations & CT time tracking, College safety and security training, and planning and coordinating College events; and performing other duties as assigned to carry out the mis
