Hr Business Partner II
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to designated business units, aligning business objectives with staff and management. The HR Business Partner will serve as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues and maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. The HR Business Partner also assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations, and seeks to develop integrated solutions by communicating needs proactively with the HR departme
