Purpose of the Role The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager will be responsible for creating programs and materials that advance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. The L&D Manager will assess organization-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.
