Purpose of the Role The HR Assistant will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks on the People team including maintaining employee files, processing new hire and termination paperwork, and preparing presentation and training materials. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, the Assistant will work closely with all members of the People Team on tasks related to onboarding/offboarding, compliance, training & development and compensation.
