We are seeking a professional with a HR administrative background , you could have supported functions such as payroll, HR reporting, Legal. This position requires a pro-active and capable administrative individual who has experience in multi tasking and prioritization of duties.
In your new role as Lead Representative HR you will report to the Senior Manager HR and work closely with the HR Business Partners as well as other HR interfaces. You will take responsibility for administrative HR processes for your assigned business unit, such as local event planning, reporting, metrics and projects. You will take a key role in the HR team and assist in the planning and execution of HR strategies and priorities. Additionally, you will manage large change projects and processes (e.g. talent strategy, people processes, etc.) and coordinate tasks within the HR team.
You manage critical HR projects and processes. This includes coordinating work to execute HR processes (e.g., talent reviews, annual salary increase process) as well as HR projects led by the division (e.g., maintaining our culture, talent initiatives).
You will lead the preparation of documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations for the local HR lead. This includes preparation of business reviews, talent reviews, HR functional reviews, strategy meetings and HR team meetings.
You will gather department highlights and track progress against work plans and goals for HR projects.
In alignment with COE guidelines,oversees themanagement ofthe local employee engagement survey process. Ensurepre-survey data accuracy, fielding, distribution of survey results, tracking of action planning, creation of reports and acting as the Super User for theassigned business unit
Supportsthe assigned business unitwith regards to the Gallup administration including registering employees for StrengthsFinder, creating Team Blends, pullingStrengthFinderresults, requesting missing profiles, interfacing to receive and monitor congruency reportsas volume warrants.
Leads projects to enhanceexisting local processes and structures to streamline and be more effective as well as identifying initiatives that could better support our customers in a more efficient manner
Processes and validates year-end bonus planning and payoutfor Division/Function
Responsible for maintaining and coordinating the Division/Functionannual Stock Award process
Responsible for coordinating the annual Performance Excellence Awards
Responsible for managing participation in talent and culture programs
Managesadditional projects or responsibilities as required
What we are looking for:
You have a successfully completed degree in HR, sociology, education, psychology or similar.
You have very good knowledge of MS Office, including the creation of complex documents (e.g. mail merge), the creation of complex spreadsheets (e.g. VLOOKUP) and the preperation of presentations.
You have experience in creating reports, evaluating, processing, and presenting data in a variety of usable formats.
You are a talented communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
You have a proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization and across multiple functions.
You are skilled at consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining an eye for detail when executing tasks.
Your thinking and actions are results-oriented and you are not afraid to take responsibility/accountability for tasks.
You are able to ensure a prompt and accurate response to confidential/sensitive inquiries and handle confidential information.
You also possess the ability to produce high quality work while prioritizing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
You are fluent Polish and English language skills help you to communicate in an international environment.
