The HR Business Partner I reports to the facility Human Resources Strategic Director. The HR Business Partner I serves in a lead role within the facility supporting various client groups, or, in some cases, the entire facility or multiple facilities. The HR Business Partner I proactively partners with executives and line managers in client organization to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives designed to enhance organization effectiveness. The HR Business Partner I promotes employee engagement through timely and comprehensive employee relations investigations and conflict resolution.
The HR Business Partner I acts as a liaison between the facility HR team and the corporate Centers of Excellence to create and deliver sound business solutions for anticipated, existing, and new business challenges through participating and leading human resources and business initiatives. The HR Business Partner I possess extensive knowledge of internal human resources policies and practices as well as applicable laws and regulations to provide expert consultative guidance to the organization.
