CRY-ROP is seeking a Human Resources Manager to plan, organize and coordinate the following programs: Health Benefits, employee compensation, Family Care and Medical Leaves, and Workers’ Compensation. The HR Manager will also assist hiring managers in the selection and placement of new employees; prepare and explain orientation materials, fingerprint and physical requirements; and provide credential support to certificated staff and ensure all Human Resource activities are in compliance with established local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor degree in human resources, educational administration, public administration, or related field and four years increasingly responsible human resources experience including two years in a supervisory capacity.
