Human Resources is headquartered in Dallas/Ft Worth (Irving, Tx) area. Director of Human Resources is the senior most HR person in the company and is a new position recently added to the leadership team.
Director of Human Resources will begin by transitioning the company from a PEO system to create and coordinate the implementation of people-related services, polices, and programs. The Human Resources Director reports to the COO and serves on the executive management team to assist and advise managers about Human Resource issues.
The HR Director will provide the day-to-day planning, development, implementation and administration of policies, procedures and practices affecting all employees. Major areas are: recruiting, performance management, employer/employee relations, compensation and benefits, subcontractor administration, and guest worker program.
Education and Experience:
Ten years plus of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
Minimum is a Bachelor’s degree, SPHR certification a plus
Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational development, employee relations are a plus
Knowledge of ADP and its comprehensive Market place solutions or similar HR system
Bilingual skills i.e. Spanish, read, write and speak, preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Beginning at $105,000 and range up depending on education and experience
Benefits, health and welfare, PTO and holidays
Training benefits as member of leadership team
Performance goals established for 180, 360 days.
