Under the general direction of the MNPI HR Manager, this position manages HR operations for the departments of Microbiology & Immunology, Neuroscience, Pharmacology and Integrative Biology & Physiology which make up the MNPI Administrative Center in the Medical School. This position supports the University and Medical School HR initiatives by consulting/partnering with MNPI departments in the areas of training and development, talent management and compensation. This position in partnership with the MNPI HR Manager, will manage the recruiting/hiring activity of all professional staff, employee/labor relations, policy interpretation and guidance along with classification and compensation.
