As a Supervisor within the HR Generalist Sub-Function, oversees the strategy implementation and operations for providing a broad range of end-to-end HR services to external clients OR to internal clients in a shared services environment, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Services may include HR administration, compensation and benefits, payroll, etc. May orient and train new employees; manage compensation and benefits; appraise performance and handle data administration. May also be involved in the design of technological solutions such as employee self-service portal.
Â·Work with leadership and market/region HR leadership to translate business needs into HR requirements
Â·Partner with managers to understand business goals and devise strategies to achieve business objectives
Â·Communicate and consult on 1 or more core HR disciplines, to include compensation, benefits, staffing, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, and performance Handle day-to-day delivery of HR services, locally, for issues requiring face-to-face intervention
Â·Collaborate with the HR Service Center in the delivery of services
Â·Implement and manage HR programs
Â·Coordinate with the HR Shared Service Center to deploy HR solutions in the respective market/region
Â·Monitor Associate services provided in the market/region or location, and supports culture and engagement initiatives
Â·Contribute to the development of processes and procedures and ensure HR Shared Service Center understanding and adoption
Â·Bachelorâ€™s degree preferred
Â·3 yearsâ€™ experience working in a supervisory position
