The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for applying HR policies, procedures, and programs in their assigned region. They support employees and managers by coaching, counseling and advising on various employee relations items within their portfolio and support their Strategic HR Business Partner in implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Business, Organizational Development or related field.
3+ years of prior HR experience in a similar role
Strong oral and written communication
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Intermediate computer technology skills including demonstrated knowledge of HRIS/HRMS and MS Office Suite
Skilled in conflict management, program/project management and strong customer-focus mindset.
Work Schedule:Generally,8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs; may require additional hours to support business needs.
