This HR Operations Manager will be responsible for:
Managing implementation of HR process improvements, including identifying business requirements, user acceptance testing, and change management
Supporting HR program rollouts through data management, process changes, HR training and communication, and close partnership with the HR Service Center for program delivery
Analyzing issue tracking data against service level agreements to identify trends and opportunities for training and education
Managing data collection for regulatory reporting. Reviewing data for consistency and appropriateness
Partnering with HR Leadership to identify and address compliance risks
Collaborating with Human Resources teams and Hospital departments, across all levels, representing HR Operations and the voice of the customer
To qualify, you must have:
Completion of a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare operational setting
Extensive knowledge of benefits, HR programs, and payroll processes; as well as a thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations that govern the practices of Human Resources
The ability to resolve complex issues and make sound judgments concerning the integration of HR policies and practices into a complex, matrixed organization
Demonstrated excellent verbal and oral communication skills in order to effectively deal with conflicting views and to mediate fair solutions across all levels and disciplines
The ability to exhibit the highest level of customer service and quality in all interactions and transactions
The ability to use critical thinking to assess unique situations and resolve them in a timely, customer-focused, and compliant manner
Strong technical aptitude for HR systems and utilization of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational effectiveness
The ability to multi-task with a keen attention to detail and unwavering commitment to seeking viable solutions
Self-directed and values personal accountability
The ability to present information and influence colleagues at all levels
Experience with Human Capital Management system required; PeopleSoft experience preferred
