Job Purpose: The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) has a breadth of knowledge in all HR competencies and operations that support the school, including areas such as compliance, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and document management. Serves as a knowledgeable resource to school leaders, managers, and employees in the communication, interpretation, and application of HR programs, policies, and practices.
