The Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (SHRPB) Project Analyst partners with the Strategic Human Resources Business Partner team and senior leaders to drive the development and deployment of a comprehensive, business-aligned, and outcomes-based talent plan. The SHRBP Project Analyst will manage multiple projects and initiatives that support leaders and managers in achieving their talent strategies. This role creates and utilizes multiple dashboards and analytic reports, serves as a project manager on multiple projects, and interacts with partners across the HR team and with stakeholders and client groups across the health and campus organizations.
The SHRBP Project Analyst will utilize specialized human resources and talent management expertise along with strong analytical, communication, project management, and presentation skills to support the SHRBP team, the Human Resources Community, and other key partners and stakeholders outside of HR. This position will partner with the SHRBP's to assess, design, and implement strategies that help operational leaders achieve their team and talent plan goals. This position will design and utilize analytic dashboards, metrics reporting, and other quantitative and qualitative metrics to support talent initiatives. This role will work across all parts of the Human Resources organization and will work directly with managers and leaders up to the senior level to support their talent initiatives. This role will serve as a project manager on multiple talent initiatives - both in partnership with the SHRBP team and independently. Content areas this role will interact with are: recruitment, compensation, employee relations, labor relations, payroll, benefits, welfare programs, training and development, visa procurement, inter-location transfers, and employee services.
