HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT , Resource Development (RD)/Alumni Association (AA) , to perform complex and diverse responsibilities--under minimal supervision and with a focus on customer service--in support of the executive director and the Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management Office for Resource Development and the Alumni Association. Primary responsibilities include managing the executive director's calendar, scheduling interviews, processing employment-related notifications, posting and advertising jobs, updating intranet content, assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities, handling logistics for training sessions and meetings, coordinating the RD and AA awards programs, and participating in special projects.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : high school diploma or its equivalent; at least three years of administrative or HR experience; wide-ranging knowledge of office procedures; excellent writing and proofing skills, including strong attention to grammar, spelling, and accuracy; initiative; attention to detail; excellent interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues and other constituents; flexible approach to the working environment; sound judgment with confidential information; and proficiency with computers and standard applications, including Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Zoom, and FileMaker Pro. Must be able to multitask, prioritize diverse tasks and assignments, meet deadlines without compromising quality, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team in a demanding, service-oriented, and high-volume work environment.
