Under the general direction of the Manager, Compensation, independently manages all aspects of compensation for assigned client groups. Conducts comprehensive analysis to develop and present a multitude of recommendations. This role requires an extensive understanding of compensation techniques, methods, practices, and regulations. Evaluates requests to establish equitable and appropriate titles, salary ranges, pay rates, exemption assignments and benefit levels. Participates in the design, implementation and administration of compensation programs, policies and guidelines for union and non-union employee groups in all City of Hope corporations.
