The Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for driving the HR strategy and anticipating needs for Riley Children’s Health through partnership with system and regional leadership. This will be accomplished by: Prioritizing initiatives that support the success of the organization and driving effective results through strategic resource planning and development.
