Job Description:The Director, Dining Services Human Resources provides leadership in all areas of human resources; including employment, recruitment, performance management, employee and labor relations, talent development, organizational design, and compensation.Â This position oversees the planning, development, and implementation of human resources programs, systems including WORKDAY, and services to effectively support the goals and mission of Dining Services for approximately 40 professional staff and 198 union staff as well as student workers.
