We are seeking an inspired individual to join our team asa Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst. The Human ResourceInformation System (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for the dailyadministration and ongoing maintenance of the HRIS/HCM system, Workday. Thisincludes configuring, updating, and optimizing system applications to ensurethey meet expected levels of functionality. This role will also troubleshootsystem performance issues, and provide analytical and technical data assistanceto employees and teams across the organization. The incumbent also supports theHuman Resources (HR) function by performing various talent management tasks,and will manage HR and technical projects as assigned. Workday Administration • Oversees the daily administration and ongoing maintenanceof the HRIS/HCM system ensuring the functionality and integrity of the system. • Serves as the Human Resource point-person for HRIS/HCMsystem matters, including end user access, file feed management, reporting,system updates, and vendor service teamrelations. • Partners with Human Resources, Finance, Monitoring,Systems & Analysis, and other teams to ensure effective data management. • Responds to HRIS/HCM system inquiries from end usersand teams, including following-up to ensure questions and issues have beenadequately resolved. • Develops and implements effective security protocols inaccordance with HRIS/HCM system requirements. • Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems such asunexpected results or workflowissues. • Monitors HRIS/HCM system performance, which includesrecommending solutions or alternate methods to meet organizational needs. • Performs system upgrades, which includes communicatingprocess changes proactively to affected end users and teams. • Provides HRIS/HCM system training to endusers. • Understands and interprets end user needs to completeHRIS/HCM system adjustments and implement process improvements. • Identifies areas where operational and processimprovements are needed. • Generates HRIS/HCM system data reports (ad-hoc) forvarious stakeholders as requested.
