Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH), located in the beautiful and historic town of Astoria, Oregon is looking for a Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development who believes in our mission to provide excellence, leadership and compassion in the enhancement of health for those we serve. This Director position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will provide thought leadership, processes, tools, and resources to support the development and implementation of high-value strategic initiatives for the organization.
