HR Operations (50%):• Oversee undergraduate students, temp/casual, and graduate research assistant employee appointments for the Department of Pediatrics and the Department of OBGYN & Women’s Health.• Provide direction to hiring units regarding appointment types, appointment classifications, posting requirements, and the hiring process. • Review hiring forms to determine I-9 status and overall employment eligibility.• Consult with HR team member(s) on the resolution of complex questions regarding policy, procedures and HR issues.• As part of OP Administrative Center’s HR team – provide backup and cross-coverage for all employee groups as needed. • Attend department meetings and serve
