BEC currently has an opening for a full-time Human Resources Specialist in our Administrative Department. This position will report to the Assistant General Manager. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to: Processes accurate and timely changes concerning employee benefits and salary adjustments. Coordinates and processes employee performance appraisals working closely with supervisors to ensure accurate, timely completion on an annual basis. Maintains employee training database and work with supervisors to provide training opportunities for cooperative employees.
