The Recruiting and HR Manager is responsible for managing and leading all aspects of attorney and staff employment, including recruiting, onboarding, integration, professional development, off boarding, and alumni relations. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, proactive, resourceful, and organized with a high level of professionalism. Reports to the Executive Director and/or Managing Partner. This is an exempt position based in Los Angeles, California supporting both the Los Angeles and New York offices.
