Responsibilities: Liaise with recruiters to arrange new hires' contract signing and other onboarding related issues Prepare onboarding documents and onboarding kits Initiate background and HR compliance checks etc. as required Answer inquiries from new hires in regards to onboarding issues when needed Assist in drafting/updating recruitment related policies and operation manual etc. Assist in implementing HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or other related disciplines At least 2-3 years experience in human resources or similar administrative role from sizable corporat
