Assistant Human Resources Manager (HR Services Centre-C&B)
Responsibilities: Assist with preparation for monthly payroll calculation for staff Assist with the handling of compensation and benefits administration such as tax calculation, medical insurance, leave applications and retirement benefit Administer staff attendance, prepare HR reports and analysis Answer staff enquiries on compensation and benefits matters Assist in HR initiatives and ad-hoc HR related projects. Requirements: Degree in Accounting,Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines Work experience in human resources within Bank, financial institutions or sizeable organizations preferable (Fresh graduates will be considered as Senior Clerk)
