GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Human Resources Generalist provides human resources consultation with leaders and staff to facilitate the delivery of strategic and operational human resources programs and services that supports and advances the University's mission. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plans, develops and implements recruitment and talent acquisition strategies including the recruitment, screening, selection, placement, and hiring of qualified and diverse staff for positions across the University.
