Position Details: Loyola University Maryland's Human Resources department is searching for a Director of Compensation and Operations. The Director is responsible for overall management, design, communication, administration and compliance of the university's staff and administrator compensation plan. They will also oversee the HRIS unit to ensure operating efficiencies, data integrity, and support of management reports. This person will manage compensation initiatives that balance industry best practices, higher education culture, competitive information, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
