Position Purpose:Primary function of the HR Manager is to manage the daily function of Human Resources. The position coordinates HR policies and programs for Teton Science Science Schools, insuring that the organization is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They are an integral part of Teton Science Schools DEI initiative. They work with managers to resolve employee relations issues. In addition, the position works closely with the Chief People Officer in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR policies and programs.
