Job Duties:The Classification and Compensation section within the ECU Human Resources Department provides a comprehensive program of class and comp services to University management, department heads, and supervisors through a fair and equitable application of State policies and procedures. The University's Decentralization Agreement with the Office of Human Resources delegates final allocation to the ECU Human Resources Department. The Class and Comp section is responsible for ensuring equal pay for equal work through the proper classification, with full consideration of salary administration issues.
