Leads teams that provide the following HR services: HRIS, Benefits Administration, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Early Talent Programs, Succession Planning, and Enterprise & Technical Training. Ensures that workflows and processes are efficient, consistent, and compliant. Collaborates with the Relationships/HR Business Partner team to ensure HR provides a great customer experience to both employees and managers. Provides strategic direction in the development of HR processes by recognizing trends and recommending improvements. Demonstrates leadership skills by effectively managing and developing their team, working collaboratively with peers in HR and across the District and providing strategic vision.
