Job Description:The HR Business Partner will provide support to the Senior HR Business Partner team. The incumbent will provide guidance and counsel to School, College and Administrative Unit leaders and their teams. The role requires the HR Business Partner to be organized and proactive in providing the support necessary for the SR HR Business Partners. Qualified candidates will have knowledge of current best practices in many of the following areas: employee relations, organizational development, performance management, recruitment, retention, staff development for employees, supervisors and faculty, workforce planning, benefits, and compensation.
