This leading Government Department is seeking a HR Change Analyst for a contract until the 30th September contract based in Sydney. In this role you will be responsible for providing support to business partnering teams to enable successful delivery of the organisational design work stream.
Engage with key stakeholders in the end to end change lifecycle to deliver desired outcomes.
Liaise with business partnering teams to plan and facilitate strategic conversations, current/ proposed future state analysis, visioning and design workshop sessions, identify risks and mitigation actions and complete various types of data analysis
Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations in relation to the change process, timeframes and documentation requirements for governance processes
Implement the development and delivery of strategic advice and support across reform organization design to divisional and branch senior management
2-3 years of experience coordinating the HR or change management activities, across multiple divisional teams within a diverse and complex, technical and business environment
Experience in Human Resource systems and applications such as SAP and Objective.
Sound understanding of HR policies and procedures.
