Job Description:Reporting to the Director of the Shared Service Center (SSC), the Human Resources Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for supporting the Shared Service Center in the areas of people, process, and technology. Ensure HR data quality, integrity, and compliance with State and Federal regulations. Develop and provide dashboards to HR leadership and University leaders. Ability to think 'out of the box' for solutions to deliver more efficient HR transactions including training and communication. Partner with SSC leadership to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPls) are at or above standards while striving to improve quality and customer experience.
