What you’ll be doing...
As the Senior Analyst, you will be part of a team administering the severance, outplacement programs and unemployment process by having a strong understanding of policies and applicable systems. **This position must sit in Irving, TX.** You will process departmental monthly invoices and participate in budget forecasting.
Answering severance and unemployment policy and process questions from HR Business Partners and employees.
Reporting and analyzing severance and outplacement data.
Accurately updating system records.
Supporting system updates by testing and creating requirements.
Processing invoices for various human resources operations programs.
Serving as back-up support for the processing of unemployment claims.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of Human Resources or relevant work experience.
Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Knowledge of PeopleSoft/Workday.
Knowledge of Human Resources programs.
Highly proficient in data analysis software (e.g. Excel, Sheets, etc.) with strong analytic ability.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Good verbal and writing skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
