Work You'll Do
As an Analyst, you will build your knowledge of and experience with HR strategy, capability, and service delivery to optimize business results and customer experience by:
Building your knowledge around HR Shared Services, Operating Model, Digital Solutions & Employee Experience in order to enhance client engagement
Assist senior team members by monitoring and identifying any project issues to mitigate risk while ensuing exemplary delivery of work
Cultivating and maintaining long term relationships with clients to become a "go-to" resource for HR strategy knowledge
Staying well-informed on current Human Capital leading practices and market trend

HR Strategy & Solutions (HRS&S)

At least 1 year of professional experience
Knowledge of HR functions & processes
Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Expert user in MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel
Demonstrated confidence and maturity to work with senior executives and clients
Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting on client issues
Advanced degree in related specialization area
Demonstrated interest in a profession in Human Resources through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
