Scans and indexes documents for document imaging.
Performs administrative support for the Office of Human Resources including but not limited to reception, scheduling meetings, typing reports, maintaining calendars, faxing and filing.
Uses discretion to evaluate and resolve matters referred to the Office of Human Resources.
Researches and compiles information for special reports
Coordinates and caries out various special projects, establish timelines, and ensure accurate and full completion of projects in a timely manner.
Perform pooled secretarial support for the Human Resource Management team
Prepare confidential correspondence including but not limited to collective bargaining agreements, disciplinary actions, job descriptions and performance appraisals.
Maintain all confidential employee files.
Type job descriptions.
Assist applicants with the online PeopleAdmin applicant tracking system
Assist employees with Employee Online Access
