Reporting to the Director of HR Compliance, Equal Opportunity and Title IX the HR Compliance, Equal Opportunity & Title IX Manager is primarily responsible for the development and training around equitable employment protocols, implicit and unconscious bias and utilizing best hiring practices that align with the University's core values. The Manager will analyze, develop, execute and achieve goals to increase and retain employees from underrepresented groups. In partnership with the Office of Leadership & Professional Development and the Office of Inclusive Excellence and Educational Development, design, lead and build upon intercultural competencies for all employee groups to foster an inclusive work environment. This position will also administer the preventing harassment and discrimination training for all new employees. The Manager will assist the HR Consultants of HR Compliance and Title IX in development and administration of an annual affirmative action plan. Act as the human resources liaison to ensure compliance with international employment requirements. Develop and administer all assessment efforts regarding HR Compliance, Equal Opportunity and Title IX.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years' experience related to the area of assignment required; Master's or professional degree with experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are preferred.

Engage employees to further behaviors, attitudes, and policies that support diversity, equity, and inclusion on campus.
Identify, plan and implement of educational programming and training to make the university a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive community.
Maintain collaborative relationships with campus academic and administrative units, specifically the Office of Inclusive Excellence and Educational Development, to share information, trends and insight regarding all matters involving equity and to partner with to provide training and educational initiatives to the university's community.
