Reporting to the HR Director, the Manager of Learning & Development/HR Partner will play a lead role in designing and implementing sustainable learning, talent, and organizational development programs that develop the organization's capabilities to meet strategic and operational goals. The Manager, Learning & Development will collaborate closely with the HR team to design and implement end-to-end development of learning solutions for the College. This position will also serve as an HR Partner to provide professional HR advisory services to managers, leaders, and employees in supported units as it relates to workforce planning, recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, benefits, and compensation.

Required Qualification Summary:
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of training, instructional technology, instructional design, system administration, or database administration experience Strong computer skills to include MS office suite, database integration knowledge, intermediate PC and Mac troubleshooting as it relates to online learning platforms, and software used to create eLearning courses.
