This role will lead the People Services - Ops team who will support the Head of People Services in providing quality HR operational services relating to the employee's absence management & mandatory leave, regular staff movements reports, HR metrics etc. This role will act as a key driver in the delivery of service improvements and participate in the Digital Transformation initiatives involving People Services. This includes employee screening & declarations, long service awards, absence administration, headcount/staff movements reports, MOM/MAS surveys, retirement, temporary accommodation, and all related matters. What you will do:
Ensure all processes are effective and efficient at addressing business needs
Update PS collaterals, policies, and procedures regularly.
Manage and review HR services to ensure they deliver against service level agreements
Support internal / external / audits, RCU's compliance testing as well as Regulatory Inspections
Prepare/Collate responses for MAS/MOM/ surveys
Assist in PS invoicing and GHR workplace and logistics administration
Participate and lead in Digital transformation initiatives e.g. Core Platform replacement and initiatives impacting PS team
Qualifications What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant work experience
Minimum 10 years in shared services environment, strong in HR processes and prior experience in overseeing a team
Prior experience in transformation projects e.g., implementing system will be highly considered.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills with high degree of attention to detail and very competent working with numbers including presentation of numbers/tables
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines
