Support with maintenance, communications & full execution of standards & strategies on Bank's Risk Management Programme (e.g. Employee Conduct Trigger and Manager Conduct Trigger) and associated reporting
Key subject matter expert/ main point of contact for all issues relating to the Employee Conduct Trigger and Manager Conduct Trigger programmes
Support and liaise with various stakeholders relating to regulatory guidance reviews such as performing gap analysis and embedding action points into BAU process.
Support with Third-party Risk Management (TPRM)
Assist with the review of the Bank's Disciplinary Framework, Gifts & Entertainment and similar policies and ensuring all HR policies & procedures are maintained & updated regularly
Good knowledge in HR related policies including disciplinary and gift & entertainment best practices
Prior experience supporting executive level Committees with employee risk assessment frameworks and associated discipline and compensation impact outcomes
Has a strong interest with insights and guidance by Financial Regulators (MAS/HKMA) on HR areas such as Risk management relating to Conduct and Third -Party vendors/services.
