Manages student hiring by consulting with hiring managers on processes and requirements; posting positions; updating jobs; guiding students through onboarding and documentation; partnering with payroll and other departments; and responding accordingly to changes in policies and procedures.
Provides HR support to unit in core HR areas including unit initiatives, talent management, recruitment, onboarding and engagement.
Develops and maintains Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), surveys and metrics, benchmarks, standard work process creations and ad hoc reports to support team analysis to proactively solve problems and turn ideas into action.
Manages HRIS data management activities, including Workday and FAS transactions ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Coordinates with managers and senior colleagues on compensation and benefits. Analyzes data and prepares charts, graphs, and trend lines for management review with a moderate to high level of guidance.
Executes onboarding and off boarding administrative tasks.
Supports professional development requests for individuals and group training.Â Develops tools and facilitates instruction for student employment and payroll orientation.
Develops content for HRP Orientation.
Schedules monthly meetings, trainings, and meet and greets.
Supports staff hiring processes, including developing job descriptions, interviewing and reference checking, handling employment offers, and conducting orientation. Maintains appropriate human resources data and records.
May help counsel employees on benefits and compensation. Coordinates with managers and senior colleagues to determine employee compensation. Analyzes data and prepares charts, graphs, and trend lines for management review with a moderate to high level of guidance.

Bachelors degree in related field.
2-4 years in a related job discipline.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
Skilled in the use of Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.
