Provide varied and at times complex administrative support for the IANR Human Resources Team and IANR Finance & Personnel Office. Great entry level position for someone who has interest in the Human Resources field. This position will support the HR Director and HR Specialists working with recruitment, hiring, classification, compensation, employee relations, performance management and learning and development. This person will be the first contact for the HR team. Responsibilities would include: answering employee and supervisor questions and escalating to the appropriate resource as needed; compiling and maintaining data and creating reports, providing support for HR presentations and trainings (i.e. scheduling, logistics, preparing materials); maintaining employee records and entering information into the recruitment management, performance management and other HR systems; website maintenance; scheduling meetings and activities and coordinate travel arrangements and will also provide office management for the IANR Finance and Personnel Office.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
High school diploma plus four years of human resources or administrative support experience; equivalent education/experience considered. Word processing and spreadsheet software program skills. A willingness and demonstrated ability to learn new hardware and software systems. Knowledge of effective office management, business, customer service, communication, and project management principles. Demonstrated ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality.
Associate's degree. Experience managing website content and updating websites. Experience using software to develop presentations. Experience maintaining data in integrated systems and creating reports. Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills. Knowledge of payroll and/or human resources terminology and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to continually re-prioritize duties and multi-task effectively. Detail orientation with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently.
Posted Salary: $17.403/hr minimum
