Support the implementation of Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking module across Asia
Design, configure and test reports in the Workday System
Work closely with HR stakeholders and system implementer to ensure all requirements are accurately captured and documented
Provide system solutions and advice to drive efficiency and enhance user experience
Support system testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training and system deployment activities
Perform post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system configuration and liaising with relevant parties for resolution e.g. IT if further technical support is required.
Support system enhancements and Workday releases
Become a Workday Reporting expert with deep knowledge of BIRT, dashboards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems
At least 8 years of experience of implementing and maintaining HCM systems, with 2-3 years of experience in Workday Human Capital Management implementation
Knowledge of Workday Core HCM is essential. You should be familiar with Business Process Framework, EIB, security and reporting in Workday.
Experience in integrating Workday with outsourced Payroll providers, or to other systems and applications.
Good understanding of Human Resources shared services operations, processes, guidelines and practice
Exposure in User Experience requirement gathering and best practices
Critical thinking ability, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively
Keen to learn and take up new challenges
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Knowledge of SAP-HCM or SuccessFactors Recruiting and Learning is a plus
