Work You'll Do
DEFINE SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOP SYSTEMS REQUIREMENTS, DESIGN AND PROTOTYPE, TEST, TRAIN, DEFINE SUPPORT PROCEDURES, AND IMPLEMENT PRACTICAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS UNDER MULTIPLE DEADLINES. DRIVE ORACLE SOFTWARE ADVISORY AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO HELP COMPANIES UNLOCK THE VALUE OF TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENTS AS DISCRETE SERVICES OR COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS. PARTICIPATE IN SETTING ORACLE ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOP WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, COORDINATE ACTIVITIES BETWEEN WORKSTREAMS AND IDENTIFY CHANGES IN SCOPE. UTILIZE ORACLE-BASED SOLUTIONS TO HELP MANAGE THE COMPLEXITY INHERENT WITH TECHNOLOGY CHANGE, FROM REQUIREMENTS PLANNING TO ARCHITECTURE, TESTING TO DEPLOYMENT, AND BEYOND, HELPING TO LINK CLIENTS IT PROGRAMS TO THEIR ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS. PERFORM ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND IDENTIFY GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES; PROVIDE APPLICATION ANALYSIS TO MEET ORACLE ARCHITECTURE AND INFRASTRUCTURE GOALS. ASSIST CLIENTS IN ADDRESSING THEIR MOST COMPLEX BUSINESS CHALLENGES BY MAXIMIZING PERFORMANCE OF THE HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) FUNCTION THROUGH LEADING-EDGE SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES. DEFINE, BUILD AND IMPLEMENT ENHANCEMENTS TO HR PROCESSES AND STRUCTURE THAT WILL IMPROVE THE HR FUNCTIONS ALIGNMENT TO BUSINESS OBJECTIVES AND ABILITY TO HELP DRIVE BUSINESS RESULTS. DRIVE HR TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATIONS THROUGH PLANNING, PROCESS DESIGN, CONFIGURATION, AND USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING.

REQUIRES A BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, APPLIED COMPUTER SCIENCE, OR A RELATED FIELD AND TWO (2) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST ALSO HAVE TWO (2) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:
IMPLEMENTING ORACLE APPLICATIONS FOR ORGANIZATIONS ACROSS VARIOUS INDUSTRY DOMAINS;
WORKING ON ALL PHASES OF THE TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION LIFECYCLE INCLUDING REQUIREMENTS GATHERING, DESIGNING, BUILDING, GO-LIVE, AND TESTING;
LEADING EFFORTS IN CONSULTING, DESIGNING, AND IMPLEMENTING ORACLE APPLICATIONS-BASED SOLUTIONS;
PARTICIPATING IN THE IMPROVEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES, INCLUDING IMPLEMENTING ORACLE APPLICATION-PACKAGED MODULES (FUSION, EBS, AND PEOPLESOFT);
CREATING USER STORIES AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO TEST THE SYSTEM USING JIRA AND ALM;
CREATING AND DELIVERING FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR CLIENTS CUSTOM PROGRAMS, INTEGRATIONS, AND EXTENSIONS;
DEFINING, BUILDING, AND IMPLEMENTING ENHANCEMENTS TO HR PROCESSES AND STRUCTURE TO IMPROVE THE HR FUNCTIONS ALIGNMENT WITH BUSINESS OBJECTIVES AND ABILITY TO HELP DRIVE BUSINESS RESULTS;
AND LEADING, REVIEWING, AND ASSISTING WORKSTREAMS OF ORACLE APPLICATION MODULES.
