This position is project-based, tasked with cleaning up digital files for approximately 400 employees. While the work is administrative in nature, the employee will be exposed to general HRIS principles and will assist with compliance management.
The work is expected to take no more than a term, but exact length may vary based on weekly availability and scope of project as it develops.
Under direct supervision of the HR Manager, provides general administrative support for a the School of Nursing electronic filing system. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Verify accuracy of employee files
Compile data for missing information
Maintain high level of confidentiality and data accuracy
Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in an undergraduate or graduate program.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Attention to detail and accuracy with data management
Enrolled in HR or business degree program
Prior filing or data entry experience
Majority of work will be completed remotely, but some in-person work may be required (dependent on Modified Operations). Any in-person work would observe safe COVID practices.
Must have access to computer and internet. Requires sitting for long periods of time. May require bending and lifting of files.
